It is suitable for high-intensity training. The jacket's construction respects Alé's Body Mapping concepts; the arrangement of the fabrics is in fact designed to improve breathability and protection: the 3-layer fabric with technical membrane protects from the wind while the soft internal fleece protects from the cold, wicking sweat away from the skin.
