More aerodynamic and lighter, EMME 5 has an extraordinary weight-to-stiffness ratio, with 5% more aerodynamic efficiency and an 8% reduction in frameset weight. This improvement was achieved through a study of carbon layup applied to Monolith production technology, which allowed for a true monocoque frame, eliminating intersection points and achieving a perfect distribution of carbon fibers throughout the frame. The integration of cabling into the headset and fork ensures high aerodynamic efficiency; in fact, the fork is perfectly integrated with the frame, allowing for the best performance in terms of handling. The dedicated carbon seatpost with a teardrop cross-section improves aerodynamic performance.
